The meeting also discussed the issue of increasing dearness allowance and arrears to employees. However, after several hours of discussions, no concrete decision could be reached. The central government has not yet made any announcement regarding staff allowances or arrears. Therefore, employees should not believe any rumor, the PIB clarified.
