Industries will get many concessions on new job creation after Corona

An action plan is being prepared so that industries can get many concessions on new job creation after Corona. What will be the concessions, what kind of help do the companies need from the government. The industry has also been given the responsibility to plan all such matters. According to a CNBC report, an action plan will be prepared and submitted to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labor and Employment.

The report should be submitted to the Standing Committee of Parliament

According to sources in the CNBC report, industries have been asked to prepare action plans for organized and unorganized sectors. After preparation, the report will be submitted to the Standing Committee of Parliament. Then the government will decide on this. Work has started on an action plan to create new employment opportunities. According to the information received, different plans will be prepared according to the organized and unorganized sector. The Standing Committee of Parliament is preparing a report in this regard.

Better a poor horse than no horse at all.

Instead of short-term incentives, industries are being advocated for interest-free loans. In particular, the unorganized sector is demanding loans at 0% interest. According to TV9 India experts, the corona has had a detrimental effect on the industry. In such a scenario, industries need to lend on easy terms, and small businesses are being asked to waive certain costs. The industry will present its action plan this week, after which the committee will present its report to Parliament in the monsoon session. The monsoon session of Parliament will be held from July 19 to August 13. Many important bills like National Institute of Food Technology, Coal Bearing Area Bill, Chartered Accountants Bill, Content Bill, Limited Amount Partnership will be introduced in this convention.

The government will also help under the Swavalambi Bharat Rozgar Yojana

The government is also helping to compensate for the loss of employment during the Corona transition through the Self-Reliance India Employment Scheme. Under this, the government will contribute to the Employees Provident Fund for 2 years for new appointments. This contribution will be 12-12 per cent of the salary. Through this scheme, companies will be encouraged to create jobs.

If companies take back laid-off workers

Under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Rozgar Yojana, companies will be given a salary subsidy of 12 per cent to 24 per cent through EPFO if they withdraw their employees who were fired during the Corona Lockdown. The government has set a target of creating 10 lakh jobs in the next two years through the Employees Provident Fund.

Benefit both the employee and the company

The scheme will benefit both the employees and the organization. Institutions registered under EPFO can avail the benefits of this scheme if they provide new employment opportunities.
Organizations with a staff capacity of less than 50 and which employ two or more employees and register those employees under the provident fund will only benefit both the organization and the employee.

5 Employing new employees and registering them under EPFO is mandatory

Similarly, organizations with a capacity of more than 50 employees are required to register with the EPFO by employing at least 5 new employees. Organizations wishing to avail the benefits of Swavalambi Bharat Rozgar Yojana must register under the EPFO, so that its benefits can be extended to both new employees and the organization.
