The players of the Indian team had taken the first dose of corona vaccine to India and left for England. The second dose was then given to the players in England on 7 and 9 July. According to CricketBuzz, the players were given a second dose by the BCCI with the help of England’s National Health Service. The corona test of the players is started immediately after the players receive the second dose. Corona testing of the players ’families has also begun.

Corona found in England squad

Corona joined the England cricket team before the Indian players were tested. 3 players from the England team and 4 from the support staff were hit by the corona. Therefore, in the ODI series against Pakistan, the England Cricket Board fielded a team of fully fit players.

Corona’s involvement in county cricket

Along with the England national team, there have been some cases of corona in local county cricket. Their match against Essex on Monday was canceled due to a coroner-affected player being found in the Derbyshire squad. Earlier in the day, a coroner was found in the Kent County team.
