Oxygen producers and distributors will also be assisted by the bank.
Manufacturers can get loans of up to Rs 2 crore from banks.
These loans will be available at low interest rates.
There will be no advance or processing fee for this.
Permission to repay the loan in five years
You have to repay the loan taken for this scheme in the next five years. You will be offered some discounts during the Corona period. For this, the owners of hospitals, nursing homes and some others can apply for this scheme of the bank. Also people belonging to corporate, trust, society can apply for this scheme. They need to have approval or registration form from the authority.
Funding from the PM Care Fund
These oxygen plants will be funded from the PM Care Fund. This will help create 4 lakh oxygen beds in the country. According to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, there should be people operating and maintaining oxygen plants in every state and district of the country. They should also be given training under this. The second wave of corona in India was severely deficient in oxygen. At that time, all the cities in the country, including Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, were short of medical oxygen, ventilator beds, etc.
