Belgrade: Two second-tier soccer golf equipment in Serbia have been fined and face a factors deduction for match fixing, the Balkan nation’s soccer governing physique stated on Thursday.

European soccer physique UEFA final week requested the Serbian Soccer Affiliation (FSS) to analyze video games performed in March after giant bets had been positioned on closing scores in Europe and Asia.

In an announcement, the FSS highlighted video games involving GFK Jagodina and Borac 1926, saying the 2 golf equipment had “jeopardised and damage the integrity” of the video games they performed in opposition to Trajal and Zeleznicar respectively.

Jagodina misplaced 3-0 to Trajal whereas Borac misplaced 1-0 to Zeleznicar in matches performed in March.

The FSS, which fined Jagodina six million dinars (€51,000, $61,000) and Borac 4 million dinars, has not launched additional particulars of the betting scheme.
