New Delhi: World quantity 5 para badminton participant Sukant Kadam on Thursday expressed his disappointment after he was dropped from the Goal Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS), saying he has been excluded from the programme with none “justified motive”.

Kadam, a 2018 Asian Para Video games bronze medallist, took to twitter to precise his disappointment to Sports activities Minister Kiren Rijiju on the Mission Olympic Cell’s resolution.
